Samsung announced, today, they developed the world’s fastest and largest capacity 2.5’’ SSD MLC-Based with SATA II interface. This deice offers 256GB of capacity with a reading speed of 200MBps, and a writing speed of 160MBps. This new drive is very thin, and is only 9.5mm thick.
